General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

As a general rule, Visplay only sells its products to companies, which is why a valid VAT number is mandatory when placing an order. For further stipulations, please refer to the GTC applicable in your location.

Terms of delivery

Delivery times (delivery periods and dates) are estimates only. The delivery period commences the moment the contract is concluded, provided the customer has fulfilled their obligations to cooperate and all technical and commercial questions have been clarified.

Delivery is carried out to the first locked door (front door, office or warehouse door). In buildings with several occupants, this may be a different door to the entrance to your company, shop or office.

The goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition and are protected from damage. The goods are insured against damage during transit and their condition is documented before dispatch. Please therefore check the cardboard box for any visible damage before you open it and take a photo of any damaged packaging. In the unlikely event that the product is damaged as well as the packaging, this must be reported to the delivery company immediately upon handover. Shipping times

The indicated delivery times apply from the time of order confirmation. These are estimates only. Delivery should be completed within the specified timeframe but cannot be guaranteed. Possible delays may occur in exceptional cases. The carrier will contact you directly regarding the arrival of your shipment.

Please note that the goods may be delivered by different carriers and on different days depending on the items in your order.
