Sustainability is a core principle at Visplay, shaping how we design, use, and develop our products. At Orgatec, we intentionally chose to forgo traditional trade fair construction, relying exclusively on our modular systems. This approach demonstrates that an exhibition stand can be both contemporary and functional while embodying environmentally conscious values.

Flexibility and circularity

Our modular and reusable systems enable flexible design and adaptability for exhibition stands, tailored to meet varying requirements. Instead of creating a temporary solution, we focus on durable structures designed for long-term use beyond a single event. After Orgatec, our freestanding support system Air found a new purpose with our partner Impact Acoustic, while all other elements were seamlessly integrated into our office in Weil am Rhein.

Reduced material usage and mindful resource management

Wherever possible, we prioritize proven system solutions and high-quality, durable materials over new or short-lived components. This approach reduces single-use materials and minimizes the ecological footprint of exhibition stands.

Sustainability does not mean compromising on design. Modern, modular systems enable flexible space-defining solutions that seamlessly combine aesthetics and functionality. Designed for efficiency, these systems are quick to assemble, dismantle, and transport—saving both time and energy.

Digital solutions allow for flexible content adjustments and dynamic space utilization—without extensive production effort. This creates immersive experiences that seamlessly adapt to the trade fair context and visitor needs—and can be reused at any time.

Efficient transport and logistics

At Visplay, sustainable trade fair construction is also a matter of logistics. By utilizing compact, lightweight, and flat-packable systems, we minimize transport requirements. Reduced transport volumes mean fewer trips and lower emissions – an approach that enables us to actively reduce our ecological footprint.
