Design Shanghai 2026: Flow stays in motion

Flow continues to evolve. From the Vitra Campus to EuroShop and on to Design Shanghai, the concept becomes tangible as a spatial journey. Each location brings a new context, new perspectives and new impulses.

A space that makes ideas tangible

The booth was conceived as a walk-through spatial sequence. The focus was not on products, but on a shared spatial approach. Under the overarching idea of Light and Space, light and structure work together.

Two zones, one spatial experience

The Visibly Invisible Passage showed how spatial order is created. Invisible 6 sestablished continuity in horizontal display, while Xero created rhythm and layers vertically. Mono 20 added a lighter, more flexible structure. Together with light, this resulted in a clear spatial sequence.

The Designer’s Lab extended this approach. More than a presentation space, it functioned as a shared co-creation area for L&S, Visplay and FLUX. Design was not understood as a final result, but as a process shaped through testing, adapting and continuous development.

Continuing in China

In China, Flow takes on a lasting form. At the L&S Shanghai Downtown Office, it becomes a place for exchange and collaboration. A spatial lab for meetings, projects and material testing, where collaboration continues.
